Jiu Jitsu March Break Camp fun!

• Mon March 16, 2026 8:00 am – Fri March 20, 2026 4pm
• Ages: 5 – 14
• Kids and Youth will learn:
• 8:30 am – 10:30 am
  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals and street proofing.
  Getting out of bad situations, the ez way and the hard way
  Anti-bully prevention gamified
• 10:30 am – 11:00 am
  Sparring
  Q&A
• 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
  Outside for fresh air and movement, weather permitting
• 12:00 pm – 1:00
  Lunch break (in a park optional)
• 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
  Bouldering rock climbing (shoes required). Optional.
• 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm
  Snack break
  Go for a walk for fresh air and movement, weather permitting. Free time
• 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  MMA/MHB fundamentals in stand-up defence and offence
  Live light touch sparring (equipment required, gloves and shin pads)
  No experience required. Optional.
• 4:00 pm

Gi kimono required

The program includes:

• Jiu Jitsu class: self-defence techniques (gi and nogi), drills, shark tank competitions
• Physical activities, like jiu jitsu, walk outside for fresh air and movement (weather depending), shark tank, back attack, pineapple, zombie
• Children learn social skills through interaction, play, co-petition (cooperation and competition) and verbalizing their thoughts.
• “Snack time/Quiet time“. Hard work is rewarded with rest and recovery (please pack a lunch and snacks** with your child). Quiet time, kids can quietly work on things they bring in their backpack from home.**
• Professor Lee is a 2nd-degree black belt in BJJ.
• Assistant coaches are V3DA hub coach certified
• Lee is ‘Crucial Conversations’ certified with over 30 years of professional corporate experience
• Jiu Jitsu Gi is required for participation (purchase one here)
