9. SFP – Situational First Point: drill to capture the first point- 30sec switch top to bottom/front to back (SFP will likely move to a permanent space into the curriculum repetoire i.e post warm ups, straight into SFPh
Situations: standing, combat/standing, full guard, head quarters, 1/2 guard, 1/4 guard, side control, mount, back, turtle, 50/50, arm bar/spider web, gift wrap, spider guard, deepv half, dlr, reverse dlr.
LEVEL 1: show of hands who scored. No consequence.
LEVEL 2: after full set of SFP, top 3 pointers move on round robin for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. No points are eliminated.
Each drill take moment 1/2 way through to engage proper technique to correct
Round Robin to semis then finals as required.
