Ezekiel chokes TYPES :
– Arm in (choker then anchor) blood
– No arm in (anchor then choker) air aka “regular” Ezekiel
Constructed by the: (these mechanics don’t change. Only which arm becomes the choker) ie. no arm – lever is chocker. Arm in – fulcrum is chocker.
– Fulcrum

Further more, No Arm in varieties:
– cuff choke
– collar choke
– lapel choke
From many positions:
– back, mount, side, half guard, from guard, leg drag…anywhere you can get an arm around the neck
Important notes:
* Air (front chop). Blood (constrict)
* 4 fingers + knuckles in
* Palm out
* Use in combo threats (hooks, full mount) so if it fails you gain position/points
* No hard and fast rule which to use when. Try them from all places and see what works for you.
