  • Below are for monthly and annual auto renewal memberships.

  • Required: please bring a set of MMA gloves and a kettle bell suitable for you. You will bring to each class.
  • One (1) single membership pause included up to 2 weeks (14 days) with all plans (extra re-activations $25 per). Pauses include failed card processing customer side.
  • Dropin plan does not not include carry over unused hours from month to month. Requires manual renewal every month.
  • TAB pricing requires either a 6mth or 1yr commit. Paid monthly. Cancel anytime. No contract. Early withdrawal tab settlement fees apply *
  • Drop in two (2) pack visits, is good for 30 days from date of purchase. No carry overs allowed of unconsumed visits.

Monthly memberships available for ease and convenience.  WholeFit MHB classes at Oracle Jiu Jitsu Academy Mississauga location

We only have professional instructors, certified at V3DA hub. Bringing many years of diverse experience, including:

  • Class Duration
    Total class time of 50 minutes. 10 min. warm-ups, 20 min. of weights and calisthenics followed by 20 minutes of striking.
  • Class Structure
    Exercise Portion:
    20 rounds of HIIT with rest between

Striking Portion:
10 rounds of pad work.

Cool down Portion:
5 minutes of light stretching.

* tab early withdrawal settlement fees calculations as per follows: for each month in the tab program during your commit period that you consume (ie. are a member), the balance difference remaining in your tab term ie. 6mths/1yr, you are required to settle your balance. For  example 3 months consumed in a 1yr tab plan offers a savings of $80 ($149.99 – $69.99) per month x 3 months consumed = $80 x 3 = $240. A one time tab settlement fee. Cancel anytime. Pay monthly.
