Monthly memberships available for ease and convenience.  WholeFit MHB classes at Oracle Jiu Jitsu Academy Mississauga location

We only have professional instructors, certified at V3DA hub. Bringing many years of diverse experience, including:

  • Class Duration
    Total class time of 60 minutes. 30 minutes of weights and calisthenics followed by 30 minutes of striking.
  • Class Structure
    Exercise Portion:
    20 rounds of HIIT with rest between

Striking Portion:
10 rounds of pad work.

Cool down Portion:
5 minutes of light stretching.
